To help us with the best possible information and availability for your enquiry, please consider forwarding the most important details. Such as event location, date required and an approximate number of tents required, this will help to speed up your initial enquiry.
If you’re booking a Wedding, Pop Up Hen Camp or a private Event, an initial 25% deposit will secure your Bell Tents with the remaining balance payment then due 10 weeks before your event date. We also ask for a refundable damage waiver per tent. This amount varies depending on the number of tents booked and your event.
All bookings are only confirmed by payment of the Non Refundable Deposit. Payment of this deposit confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Festival Bookings
Bell Tent Packages can be booked directly via the Paypal button (Debit/Credit Card) payments for each package on the respective festival page.
